We decided to get this idea off the ground, and what better platform than Substack to make that happen.
We have lots in store for you, and we want you to enjoy everything we have planned, from videos, podcasting, to posts.
Everything you see, hear, and read about recipes made from what most people have in their homes—things like spices, herbs, an assortment of foods in the fridge, and a freezer.
We’re not here to convince you to go out and buy wagyu beef or prepare a meal with fancy fixings on the side or a dish of spaghetti swirled perfectly on a plate. You won’t find that on our site.
You will find easy and fun recipes to prepare that everyone in your home will enjoy.
There will be videos, podcasts, and even Zoom cooking sessions monthly where you will be able to cook along with us and ask questions about the food we’re preparing.
We’ll provide you with the essentials to make a great meal from whatever you have hanging around your home, from canned green beans that you love to hate to those ham slices in the fridge you have no idea what to do with.
Nothing is off-limits as far as food, spices, and herbs go to make your joy of cooking alive again.
