The Sweet Fried Taste of Penettone

My favorite way to enjoy this sweet treat from Italy

You can make this almost anyway you want. I happen to like it friends or made into french toast. I know that kind of goes against the French, but being 1/2 French and 1/2 Sicilian it works for me.

Just use your normal french toast mix, dunk, fry and enjoy.
