The idea of this show is to let you see what you can cook with what you have and to get you cooking more.
I've been thinking of a slogan to go along with this show, something like Cook Your A** Off America.
I mean, that's what it's all about anyway. Your meals will be better if you love what you are cooking.
It's not always fun cooking for one or two, but it can be. You have to love what you're doing. You not only have to love what you're cooking, but understand it, feel it, and smell it. Forget the measuring of spices, herbs, and everything else. Dive into your food and cook your a** off America. It's the right thing to do.

Forget expensive meats and condiments. You can make a meal with just canned green beans, even though fresh ones are better; sometimes, all you have is a can, and that's okay. It's knowing how to make that can taste good.
