It's all about the lime and honey. I used a rotisserie chicken that Patti picked up last night. For today's salad, I only used the white meat, but you can use both or just one or the other if you like. I mean it's your recipe. I also whisked into emulsion some olive and avocado oil along with balsamic vinegar and the juice of one lime. I squeezed the second lime over the salad after mixing it up. I also added:
celery
cucumber
carrots
peppers
spices & herbs
Whatever I could round up. You should do the same.
