My All Time Favorite Italian Soup!

Hint: It’s not chicken noodle, tomato basil, pasta fazool, or ministrone.

Growing up in Sicily this was my Nona’s all-purpose, cold, flu, or anything that ails you remedy. It’s called pastina. A simple yet satisfying soup that can be made in so many ways. Let your imagination flow with this soup.
