I love leftover meatloaf. It doesn't matter if it's cold or warmed up a little; it's all good.
Here's a list of the meatloaf ingredients and what I used for the sauce for last night's meatloaf.
2 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 pound Italian mild sausage
A good squeeze of roasted garlic and Italian herbs from a tube bought at the local grocery store
Generous squeezing of the following/based on taste
Ketchup
Worcestershire sauce
Teriyaki sauce
Guldens mustard
Dried Italian herbs
bread crumbs
broken up bread
onion powder
garlic powder
salt and pepper
Top Sauce
Ketchup
Honey
Teriyaki
Guldens mustard
a splash of Balsamic vinegar (I forgot to mention that in the video)
