I’m trying to get back to a little native Italian that I haven’t spoken or written in over 40 years. Good Day Friends is my second word. Buon Appetito is the first.
Hope you guy had a great holiday. Our holiday wears interrupted by me. My health decided to goof up our holiday with me staying the hospital right up till the day. before Thanksgiving leaving Patti with doing all the prep and cooking the next day.
A little over a week later I was rushed to the emergency room once again for the same issue only to be told in more r=detail what’s going on. The detail of that visit is for a later post.
I’ll be posting a few recipes in the coming days and hope to get back into the videos soon. I ask for your patience on that one.
I have a new idea and I’m not sure whether to add a separate section for it. Let me get your opinion on this idea.
I read a great deal of cooking magazines and always find great recipes in them, some of them I’ve tried and redid my way, others I’ve never tried. So I thought I would add a section on this newsletter titled Recipes from the Zines.
I’m not sure about the title yet, but what I can’t decide is if they should have their own section or just be added here in DelPaggio’s Cucina. Let me know what you think.
