Welcome. There are many mistakes in today's video, but it's still worth trying next time you want a great pizza sauce. The biggest mistake was trying to think of the word for how I shaved the cheese. The key word is shaved. I kept saying crumble. Sorry about that. Other than that, the pizza sauce is simple. You add whatever you want but keep it cold or room temp. Drizzling it over the grilled cheese is something my grandmother would do for an afternoon treat or an evening meal. Enjoy and Buon Appetito!
