Forget Steak-Pizzailoa. Think Grass Fed Hamburger Instead

Patti bought some from Costco and I went over the top with an idea

I enjoy a good steak-pizzaiola. My Nona was great at making it when we had fresh meat on hand, and hers was the best I have ever had, even to this day.

There are many recipes for steak-pizzaiola, but I don’t think I’ve seen one like this for hamburgers.
